Tony is a seasoned manufacturing executive with more than three decades of leadership experience across plywood, OSB, veneer, MDF, particleboard, engineered wood products, and multi-site operations. His career includes plant turnarounds, large-scale organizational transformation, labor strategy leadership, and enterprise-level executive roles.
He has consistently improved performance by developing leaders, strengthening execution discipline, and building cultures where people do meaningful work.
